Orders for plain (unbranded) items

Standard address = $8.69+gst

Rural Address = $13.04+gst

Free shipping for orders over $300 (including gst)

We aim to dispatch orders for plain (unbranded) stock items within 2-4 business days on an overnight courier service. For rural addresses, please allow an additional 1-2 working days.

We manage a predictive stock, and therefore, not every style/size/colour will be available in our Queenstown location. In this instance, we may need to acquire your gear from multiple distribution centres. Our lead time allows for daily inbound stock to arrive with us from supporting warehouses to fulfil your order.

We have warehouses in Auckland, Christchurch and Invercargill courtesy of the brands we work with. We will, on occasion, have your order shipped to your directly from our supplier’s warehouses.

All stock items are subject to availability. We do our best to keep our stock inventory up to date. However, we cannot always guarantee availability of items with the supplier at the time of purchase. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer alternatives, a refund, or advise the predicted time frame for delivery.

In some cases, items that are out of stock in NZ will originate from the respective brand’s Australian warehouse(s). If this applies to your order, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date via email upon processing your order.

Where multiple brands feature in your order (including items of Australian origin), your order will be sent once all items are ready for dispatch.

 

Orders for Branded Apparel

Sublimation printing is commissioned off-shore, and as such, the approximate lead time for custom kit is approximately 4-8 weeks from the date artwork is approved. The time-frame will vary depending on the product type(s) chosen and the factory origin of the garments.

We will confirm exact arrival dates into NZ with you once we place the order with the manufacturer.

If you require your kit for particular event or have a deadline to acquire new gear, please allow enough time to request your quote and go through the design process with us, as lead times cannot be changed or shortened once the final order is placed.
