Refund policy

At Teamwear, we strive to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if something’s not quite right, we will happily accept the return or exchange of your item(s) subject to the following conditions.

 

-          We only accept the return or exchange of unbranded stock items. We cannot accept the return or exchange of custom kit or branded apparel unless the items are received by the customer faulty.

 

-          For unbranded products, we only accept the return or exchange of one unit per style/size/colour. If you are looking to try out samples for your team, we recommend purchasing singles before placing a larger order with us.

 

-          Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt/delivery of your order. Returns received after 14 days have elapsed will not be accepted.

 

-          Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached and be in their original packaging (where applicable).

 

-          We cannot accept the return or exchange of items that have been damaged, altered, or soiled after receipt of your order, so please check garments carefully before sending.

 

-          We do not accept the return or exchange of clearance/discontinued items. Only full-price items can be returned.

 

-          The cost of returning your items for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Original postage costs are non-refundable. If the items you receive a damaged, defective

-          If you received free shipping on your original order and return part of, or the entire order, then we will deduct the relevant shipping cost from your refund*

 

*should your final order value remain over $300 (including GST) after a part return, then the shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund.

-          An extra charge applies for the dispatch of exchange orders. This does not apply for orders that remain over $300 (including GST) after the exchange.

 

-          To make a return, please email orders@teamwear.co.nz to be issued a GRA (Goods Return Authorisation) prior to sending, so that your items can be marked accordingly for processing and inspection upon arrival back to us. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us to advise the product/size/colour you would like to swap to before sending.

 

-          For your protection and security, please return your items using an insured courier and retain the receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
